Our guards will prevent unauthorized entry of persons into restricted and closed areas of assigned facilities.
Our guards will perform other functions which may be requested to prevent illegal act consisting of threats to peace, safety or security of your facility and personnel.
The guards will establish a system of inspection, tours, patrols and other periodic surveillance of your facility to ensure that they are properly secured.
The guards will establish procedures for the preparation of a daily shift log, security violation reports, and other reports as may be required to efficiently report the daily activities of the security force.

The guards will provide traffic control and enforcement of vehicular law and facility parking regulations as required. That if requested by your company or its security manager our guards will receive, retain and turnover to appropriate person, official mail, message and issue or account for all keys
to buildings, offices, gates and receive receipt for and safety store found articles pending return to owner or other appropriate disposal.

The guards will establish procedures for reporting all violations of security procedures discovered by guards to Shift Supervisors. That our guards will in emergencies such as fires or accidents, or in the event of other unusual occurrences, summon appropriate assistance or render such aid as may be necessary or logical under the circumstance. This may include rendering first aid until medical help arrives, engaging in initial fire fighting, and protecting evidence at the scene of a crime or guarding an area following natural disaster or serious accident.

The guards will receive and direct personnel visiting in the building. Verify identification of individuals entering the building. Issue badges to employees when required. Perform clerical duties as assigned provided that this schedule is subjected to amendments and/or alterations by yourselves at your discretion.

In addition to all of the above, our guards shall also perform the following duties:

• The security guards will undertake the safety of critical equipments, assets and areas space of your company.
• Take care of the owner’s perimeter, alarm systems, exteriors and interior lighting system.
• Lock and key system.
• Employment identification procedures EIP.
• Safety requirements imposed by law and/or the Client.
• Special orders applicable to each post. E.g. verification of fuel supplied to sites
• Bomb threat procedures.
• Fire procedure.
• Local Law enforcement contacts.
• Report and record-keeping.
• Patrol/tours (if applicable).
• Special equipment (if any) at particular posts.

• That you will also require that your gates, vehicles, communication installations, generator will be protected by our Security Guards.
